$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install fetch-crl 

fetch-crl is installed in your system.

Make ensure the fetch-crl package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fetch-crl *

You will get with fetch-crl package name, version, architecture and description in a table

fetch-crl package basic information:
