exuberant-ctags software package provides build tag file indexes of source code definitions, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install exuberant-ctags
exuberant-ctags is installed in your system.
Make ensure the exuberant-ctags package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep exuberant-ctags *
You will get with exuberant-ctags package name, version, architecture and description in a table
