eclipse-egit software package provides Eclipse Team provider for the Git version control system, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eclipse-egit
eclipse-egit is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eclipse-egit package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eclipse-egit *
You will get with eclipse-egit package name, version, architecture and description in a table
