drbd-utils software package provides virtual package provided by drbd8-utils, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install drbd-utils
drbd-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the drbd-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep drbd-utils*
You will get with drbd-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
