docbook-html-forms software package provides Extension to DocBook XML for generating html forms, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install docbook-html-forms
docbook-html-forms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the docbook-html-forms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docbook-html-forms *
You will get with docbook-html-forms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
