dmsetup-udeb software package provides Linux Kernel Device Mapper userspace library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dmsetup-udeb
dmsetup-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dmsetup-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dmsetup-udeb *
You will get with dmsetup-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
