How to Install distro-info-data software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

distro-info-data software package provides information about the distributions releases (data files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install distro-info-data 

distro-info-data is installed in your system.

Make ensure the distro-info-data package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep distro-info-data *

You will get with distro-info-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
