deluge-webui software package provides bittorrent client (web ui transitional package), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install deluge-webui
deluge-webui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the deluge-webui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep deluge-webui *
You will get with deluge-webui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
