data-dumper software package provides virtual package provided by perl, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install data-dumper
data-dumper is installed in your system.
Make ensure the data-dumper package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep data-dumper*
You will get with data-dumper package name, version, architecture and description in a table
