cvs-doc software package provides virtual package provided by cvs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cvs-doc
cvs-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cvs-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cvs-doc*
You will get with cvs-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
