You can uninstall or removes an installed cutter-testing-framework package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove cutter-testing-framework 

Uninstall cutter-testing-framework including dependent package

If you would like to remove cutter-testing-framework and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cutter-testing-framework 
Use Purging cutter-testing-framework

If you use with purge options to cutter-testing-framework package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.
