cstools-vn software package provides virtual package provided by cstocs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cstools-vn
cstools-vn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cstools-vn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cstools-vn*
You will get with cstools-vn package name, version, architecture and description in a table
