css-mode software package provides A Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) editing mode for Emacs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install css-mode
css-mode is installed in your system.
Make ensure the css-mode package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep css-mode *
You will get with css-mode package name, version, architecture and description in a table
