cryptsetup-luks software package provides virtual package provided by cryptsetup, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cryptsetup-luks
cryptsetup-luks is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cryptsetup-luks package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cryptsetup-luks*
You will get with cryptsetup-luks package name, version, architecture and description in a table
