How to uninstall or remove crypto-dm-modules-9.0-2-amd64- software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed crypto-dm-modules-9.0-2-amd64- package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,
