You can uninstall or removes an installed cpuburn-udeb package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove cpuburn-udeb 

Uninstall cpuburn-udeb including dependent package

If you would like to remove cpuburn-udeb and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cpuburn-udeb 
Use Purging cpuburn-udeb

If you use with purge options to cpuburn-udeb package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.
