configure-debian software package provides central configuration program for packages using debconf, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install configure-debian
configure-debian is installed in your system.
Make ensure the configure-debian package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep configure-debian *
You will get with configure-debian package name, version, architecture and description in a table
