coinor-libsymphony0-dbg software package provides COIN-OR solver for mixed-integer linear programs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libsymphony0-dbg
coinor-libsymphony0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libsymphony0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coinor-libsymphony0-dbg *
