coinor-libdylp-dev software package provides Linear programming solver using of the dynamic simplex algorithm, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libdylp-dev
coinor-libdylp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libdylp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coinor-libdylp-dev *
You will get with coinor-libdylp-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
