coinor-libcbc0 software package provides Coin-or branch-and-cut mixed integer programming solver, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libcbc0
coinor-libcbc0 is installed in your system.
