cli-virtual-machine software package provides virtual package provided by mono-runtime, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cli-virtual-machine
cli-virtual-machine is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cli-virtual-machine package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cli-virtual-machine*
You will get with cli-virtual-machine package name, version, architecture and description in a table
