cl-plplot software package provides CFFI based interface to the PLplot scientific plotting library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-plplot
cl-plplot is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-plplot package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-plplot *
You will get with cl-plplot package name, version, architecture and description in a table
