cgsi-gsoap-dev software package provides virtual package provided by libcgsi-gsoap-dev, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cgsi-gsoap-dev
cgsi-gsoap-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cgsi-gsoap-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cgsi-gsoap-dev*
You will get with cgsi-gsoap-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
