bzr-buildpackage software package provides virtual package provided by bzr-builddeb, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bzr-buildpackage
bzr-buildpackage is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bzr-buildpackage package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bzr-buildpackage*
You will get with bzr-buildpackage package name, version, architecture and description in a table
