blends-dev software package provides Debian Pure Blends common files for developing metapackages, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install blends-dev
blends-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the blends-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep blends-dev *
You will get with blends-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
