biomaj-watcher software package provides biological data-bank updater - web interface, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install biomaj-watcher
biomaj-watcher is installed in your system.
Make ensure the biomaj-watcher package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep biomaj-watcher *
You will get with biomaj-watcher package name, version, architecture and description in a table
