bind9utils software package provides Utilities for BIND, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bind9utils
bind9utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bind9utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bind9utils *
You will get with bind9utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
