banshee-api-2.4 software package provides virtual package provided by banshee, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install banshee-api-2.4
banshee-api-2.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the banshee-api-2.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep banshee-api-2.4*
You will get with banshee-api-2.4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
