automaken software package provides virtual package provided by automake1.9, automake, automake1.10, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install automaken
automaken is installed in your system.
Make ensure the automaken package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep automaken*
You will get with automaken package name, version, architecture and description in a table
