automake1.4-doc software package provides virtual package provided by automake1.4, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install automake1.4-doc
automake1.4-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the automake1.4-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep automake1.4-doc*
You will get with automake1.4-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
