autodock-vina software package provides docking of small molecules to proteins, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install autodock-vina
autodock-vina is installed in your system.
Make ensure the autodock-vina package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep autodock-vina *
You will get with autodock-vina package name, version, architecture and description in a table
