aumix-gtk software package provides Simple mixer control program with GUI and text interfaces, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aumix-gtk
aumix-gtk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aumix-gtk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aumix-gtk *
You will get with aumix-gtk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
