augeas-lenses software package provides Set of lenses needed by libaugeas0 to parse config files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install augeas-lenses 

augeas-lenses is installed in your system.
