audiofile-tools software package provides sfinfo and sfconvert tools, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install audiofile-tools
audiofile-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the audiofile-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep audiofile-tools *
You will get with audiofile-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
