aspell-bin software package provides virtual package provided by aspell, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-bin
aspell-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-bin*
You will get with aspell-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
