arp-scan software package provides arp scanning and fingerprinting tool, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install arp-scan
arp-scan is installed in your system.
Make ensure the arp-scan package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep arp-scan *
You will get with arp-scan package name, version, architecture and description in a table
