appmenu-qt software package provides application menu for Qt, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install appmenu-qt
appmenu-qt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the appmenu-qt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep appmenu-qt *
You will get with appmenu-qt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
