apache2-mpm software package provides virtual package provided by apache2-mpm-worker, apache2-mpm-prefork, apache2-mpm-itk, apache2-mpm-event, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apache2-mpm
apache2-mpm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apache2-mpm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apache2-mpm*
You will get with apache2-mpm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
