How to uninstall or remove amd-opencl-icd-virtual software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed amd-opencl-icd-virtual package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove amd-opencl-icd-virtual

Uninstall amd-opencl-icd-virtual including dependent package

If you would like to remove amd-opencl-icd-virtual and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove amd-opencl-icd-virtual
Use Purging amd-opencl-icd-virtual

If you use with purge options to amd-opencl-icd-virtual package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge amd-opencl-icd-virtual

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
