amavisd-new software package provides Interface between MTA and virus scanner/content filters, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install amavisd-new
amavisd-new is installed in your system.
Make ensure the amavisd-new package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep amavisd-new *
You will get with amavisd-new package name, version, architecture and description in a table
